ABOUT EMMA CATHERWOOD

Famous for her role as Penny Valentine in the BBC One medical series Holby City, this Welsh-born actress also played a major role in the 2001 English crime movie My Kingdom.

While earning college degrees in literature and art history, she worked as a fashion model.

In the film My Kingdom, she shared the screen with famous actors Richard Harris and Lynn Redgrave .

A native of Wales, she later relocated to London, England.

Early in her career, she appeared with veteran actor Pete Postlethwaite in a made-for-television-movie titled Butterfly Collectors.
