She shared positivism online after she was diagnosed with Stage IV Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer as a 14-year-old. The band Greer was named in her honor.
She joined Twitter in May 2013 and made her first Instagram post in mid-2015.
She beat her Rhabdomyosarcoma once, but it returned in October of 2015.
She was born to an Italian father and an Irish mother. She lost her battle with cancer in 2016.
