She won Miss Hawaii Teen USA in 2008.
She has also worked as a PR executive at Bennet Group Public Relations.
She was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received a B.A. in media studies at Scripps College.
She competed against Miss USA 2015 winner Olivia Jordan .
