ABOUT EMMALYN ESTRADA
Vancouver-born singer, dancer, and actress whose debut pop single, "Get Down," made the Canadian Hot 100 list in the fall of 2009. She was also a member of the girl group G.R.L. from 2013 until 2015.
She received Vancouver's 2009 Beat Music Award.
In 2013, she appeared in the A&E television series Bates Motel . She released her first album, 0405, in 2019, under her own record label. In May 2022, her Spotify audience had reached over 14,000 monthly listeners.
She was born in British Columbia, Canada to a family of Filipino descent. Her older sister Elise Estrada is a singer as well. In May 2022, she gave birth to a baby named Leo.
She was inspired by the musical career of Lady Gaga .
