She studied marketing and music at Hofstra University in New York.
She was a member of the Hofstra University Women's Football Rugby Team.
She resides in Los Angeles, California and her brother James is in the band Coke Bust.
She was mentored by Blake Shelton on The Voice and was in second place on his team.
