ABOUT ERWIN RAPHAEL MCMANUS
Pastor best known for his work with the Los Angeles-based Baptist church Mosaic, where he is famous for incorporating culture, identity, postmodernism and other topics into his sermons. He is the author of several books, including The Last Arrow: Save Nothing for the Next Life (2017).
He immigrated to the U.S. at a young age and lived in cities across the country, including Miami, Queens and Raleigh.
He is the director of the short films Crave: The Documentary (2010), A Day Without Rain (2011) and Signs: Wind (2012).
He married a woman named Kim, with whom he has children. He has a brother named Alex.
He and Johnny Hunt are both famous baptist preachers.
