ABOUT EVAN JOHN PHILLIPS

Professional reliever that was drafted by the Atlanta Braves during the 17th round of the 2015 MLB Draft. He was later signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers in August 2021. He has also pitched in Tampa Bay Rays and Baltimore Orioles organizations.

Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at UNC Wilmington. He began his professional career playing for the Danville Braves.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the New York Yankees on July 3, 2018, as a member of the Braves. He pitched exactly 2.1 innings and recorded one strikeout.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Salisbury, Maryland. He now lives with his wife, Elizabeth.
