ABOUT EVAN LORENZEN
Denver, CO-based artist, illustrator, and animator who has become best known for his micro-illustrations, as well as his works which have highlighted the relationship between various media styles. He has shared his artwork on his artandsuchevan Instagram account, which boasts a fanbase of over 170,000 followers. He also has a self-titled website, where he has both sold and showcased many of his artistic creations.
He graduated from Marlboro College in the year 2013 with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in visual arts. He has worked as a designer at a screen-printing shop called IndyInk in Denver, CO.
He has authored and illustrated several books of micro-illustrations, including The Little Things I Love About You and Life's Lil' Pleasures. In 2023, he led an online course through Domestika, teaching students and aspiring artists how to create their own miniature books. That same year, he also began a campaign to support Allies in Arts, a nonprofit organization that supports underrepresented demographics in art, including artists who are women, BIPOC, and LGBTQQIA2S.
