ABOUT FABIAN GOTZE
Left defender who joined the SpVgg Unterhaching squad in 2013 after previously playing with VfL Bochum II, 1. FSV Mainz 05 II and Borussia Dortmund II in his senior career.
He was only 4 or 5 years old when he began his youth career with SC Ronsberg. He spent the remaining years of his youth career with FC Eintracht Hombruch and Borussia Dortmund.
He made six appearances with the Germany U17 national team in 2006-2007.
He is the brother of fellow soccer player Mario Gotze .
He was coached by Jurgen Klopp while a member of Borussia Dortmund.
