ABOUT FACUNDO RONCAGLIA

Argentinian defender who is famous for his international club career. In 2016, he signed with Spanish side Celta after helping lead ACF Fiorentina to the 2013-2014 Coppa Italia championships, where they finished as runners-up.

He played for Boca Juniors from 2007-2012. He would eventually make his professional debut with Fiorentina in 2012.

He earned his first cap for the Argentinian national team in November 2013. He helped the squad finish as runners-up at both the 2015 and 2016 Copa America tournament.

He is of Italian descent.

He and Hugo Mallo have played as teammates for Celta de Vigo.
