ABOUT FARAZ SHANYAR

Illustrator and concept artist who is known for his character design work as well as his conceptual art often featuring interpretations of Iranian soldiers and other desert landscapes. He shares his illustrations through Instagram for his over 80,000 followers.

He first started his career as a concept artist working for the Volta company. He then started working as an artist for MPC in April of 2016. That same year in January, he started sharing his illustration works through Instagram.

He is also known for having published the book Selah which featured a collection of his artwork and comics.

He was born and raised in Tehran, Iran.

Even Mehl Amundsen is a fellow illustrator and concept artist who is also known for having worked with the Volta visual development studio.
