ABOUT FARHAD MAJIDI

Former midfielder who played for the Iranian national team from 1996 to 2011; scored 46 goals in 138 appearances for Esteghlal from 2007 to 2013.

He began his youth career in 1993 with Bahman.

He was a member of Rapid Wien from 1999 to 2000, appearing in 12 matches and scoring 2 goals.

He was born and raised in Tehran, Iran.

He and Ali Daei were teammates on the Iranian national team from 1996 to 2006.
