ABOUT FERDI TAYFUR
Turkish singer who released more than 30 albums in the arabesque genre over the course of his lengthy career, including Sakın Düşme (1973), Zirvede İki Kral (1993) and Gençliğimin Şarkıları (2007). He became a star in 1977 with the release of his song "Çeşme" as well as his leading role in the film of the same name.
Growing up, he worked as an apprentice in the candy store owned by his stepfather. He got his start in music by performing at local weddings.
He became the founder of Ferdifon Records.
He married Zeliha Turan Bayburt in 2010. He had children named Tuğçe, Timur, and Ferdi.
He performed the song "Emmoğlu" with Ibrahim Tatlises .
