ABOUT FLORENTINO LUíS
Midfielder who has gained fame for his career in the Portuguese Primeira Liga for Benfica since 2019. He first joined Benfica B in 2016, with whom he won the Campeonato Nacional de Juniores in 2018.
He began playing youth soccer in 2007. He later joined Benfica's youth academy in 2010.
He won the UEFA European U-17 Championship title in 2016 with Portugal's U-17 side. He later won the UEFA European U-19 Championship title in 2018 with the Portuguese U-19 squad.
He is of Portuguese and Angolan descent.
He and Rafa Silva have played as teammates for Benfica.
