ABOUT FORREST MERRILL

Professional defensive lineman that was originally signed by the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2021. Previously, he played college football at Arkansas State University. While at Arkansas State, he was twice named a member of the second team All-Sun Belt Conference.

He initially began his collegiate career at Missouri State University . He later transferred to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Community College, then to Arkansas State.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Las Vegas Raiders during week four of the 2021 NFL regular season. He recorded one tackle in a 28-14 victory.

He was born and raised in the Willard, Missouri area.

He played alongside Derwin James as a member of the Chargers during the 2022 NFL season.
