Yehi did a lot of backyard wrestling and wrestling on trampolines before starting his wrestling career training with Steve Platinum Scarborough and Jay Fury. Also served in the U.S. Air Force before being honorably discharged.

He made his Major League Wrestling debut in 2018, as a member of Team Filthy. At the time, the team's leader was Tom Lawlor , and fellow wrestler Simon Gotch . His signature move is the Koji Clutch/Fisherman Suplex.

He grew up in Waterloo, Iowa and was born in Daytona Beach, Florida.

He made his 2015 Evolve debut against Lio Rush . He took the AAW heavyweight championship title from Mance Warner in July 2021.
