Colombian-American TV actor famous for his roles in Orange Is the New Black , Inventing Anna , and Narcos . Power , in which he played Hugo, won 14 awards during its 6 years on the air. He provided voice-over work for Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption II .

He made his acting debut in the Department of Homeland (in)Security in 2010.

He has acted in numerous theater productions including Kristoffer Diaz's The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity. Narcos was nominated for 3 Primetime Emmys. He contributed creatively to decisions in the story line of Red Dead Redemption II.

He was born in Long Island, New York.

He and Anna Chlumsky co-starred in Inventing Anna.
