ABOUT GABRIELE MARCOTTI

Italian sports journalist and media presenter who has written for numerous publications including Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal and ESPN FC. He has also hosted programs on Radio 5 Live and talkSPORT Radio.

He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's from Columbia University.

He has authored several books including 2016's Hail, Claudio!: The Man, the Manager, the Miracle.

He and his wife have 2 daughters.

He co-wrote the autobiography of soccer player and manager Paolo Di Canio .
