Garry Monk

ABOUT GARRY MONK

English soccer player who captained Swansea City from 2006 to 2013, during which time he won multiple league titles. He became the club's manager in 2014.

He was a trainee at Torquay United for the 1995-96 season.

His autobiography Loud, Proud and Positive was released in 2012.

He married Lexy Blackwell and has a daughter named Remy Nicole Monk.

He took over for Michael Laudrup as the manager of Swansea City in 2014.
