Singer, actress and television presenter who originally reached stardom as a member of the band Smokey Mountain, whose self-titled album went double platinum. She later found success with solo albums like I Like You (1992) and hosting stints on shows like the variety show ASAP.

As a teenager, she became the very first winner of the singing contest The Voice of Asia.

She is a longtime animal rights activist who partnered with PETA to help free the elephant Mali from the Manila Zoo in 2013.

She comes from a very famous family which includes father Tirso Cruz III and cousins Sunshine , Sheryl and Donna Cruz . She was previously married to KC Montero and Paco Arespacochaga. She has children named London and Heaven.

She and Mara Lopez were both contestants on Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown.
