Italian reality television star turned DJ who first became known for his work on the competition series Grande Fratello 16 as well as the 2018 Italian season of Temptation Island . In 2019 he competed in the reality show Gran Hermano VIP.

He originally studied Law in Bologna. In 2011, he obtained his ADI patent which allowed him to work as a sailing instructor. He then obtained his lifeguard license in 2014. He started his career as a web influencer in 2016.

He has worked as a model and is a popular web influencer. He shares traveling and promotional content through his Instagram account, where he has over 1 million followers. He is also known for his lip sync videos on his gianmarcoonestini TikTok account.

He is the brother of Italian actor Luca Onestini.  He's dated fellow reality TV star Adara Molinero
