ABOUT GIORGOS KAPOUTZIDIS

Famous for creating, writing, and acting in the acclaimed Greek television shows Savvatogennimenes (2003-2004) and Sto Para Pente (2005-2007), he is also known for his screenwriting work, as well as for his role as Chrstos Melitis, on the drama series Ethniki Ellados.

Early in his career, he wrote for a comedy program called Camera Cafe and acted in the television show Prosopa Sto Tragoudi.

The final episode of his popular series Sto Para Pente brought in a TV audience of three million and was recognized as one of the most viewed programs in the history of Greek television.

He was born and raised in Serres, Greece.

In 2006, he scripted dialogue for Eurovision Song Contest hosts Sakis Rouvas and Maria Menounos .
