Actor best known for his role in The Sandlot . He's appeared in multiple television series like Northern Exposure and Eerie, Indiana. He had roles in the films Avalon and Revenge of the Nerds .
He started his professional career in 1988 as a voiceover actor in the television cartoon series This is America, Charlie Brown.
In 1994, he won (along with the rest of The Sandlot cast) the Young Artist Award for Outstanding Youth Ensemble in a Motion Picture. He was nominated in 1991, 1992, and 1993 for the Young Artist Award as a supporting actor. As of 2007, he's managed the rock trio Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
He is from Los Angeles, California. He married Melissa Perez Gelt in the year 2014.
He's acted alongside Mike Vitar , Marty York , and Tom Guiry .
