Gregg Marshall

ABOUT GREGG MARSHALL

He took over as the head coach of Winthrop University's basketball team in 1998 and coached them until 2007 when he joined Wichita State.

He played point guard at Cave Spring High School in Virginia.

From 1988-1996, he was an assistant coach at College of Charleston.

He was born in Greenwood, South Carolina.

He faced off against Mike Krzyzewski and the Duke Blue Devils in the first round of the 2002 NCAA tournament.
