ABOUT GUS HARTWIG

NFL center that was first signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2025. Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at Purdue University . While at Purdue, he earned All-Big Ten academic honors four times.

While in high school, he attended Zionsville Community High School. Back then, he was considered a four-star prospect.

He started in 21 consecutive games to finish his collegiate football career. In total, he started 48 of his 51 career games.

He grew up living with his family in the state of Indiana. He is one of three siblings.

He primarily plays the position of center just like Tyler Linderbaum .
