American country singer-songwriter who rose to fame on the back of her 2020 album The Dream. She saw even greater success with the release of her 2022 album Raised. Her work has been praised in notable publications such as The Washington Post and Stereogum.

She attended a rural high school that was nicknamed Cow Pie High.

Her single "Everything She Ain't" has racked up tens of millions of streams on Spotify. Her songwriting for Alicia Keys ' and Brandi Carlile 's "A Beautiful Noise" earned her a Grammy nomination.

She grew up with five siblings in an Irish Catholic family.  In October 2022, she tied the knot with Jake Gear. In August 2025, they announced they were expecting their first child together.

She collaborated with Trisha Yearwood on the 2021 single "How Far Can It Go?"
