Ivorian midfielder and athlete who kicked off his professional soccer career with Empoli. In the year 2024, he joined Napoli on loan from Bournemouth. He represented the Ivory Coast in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification.

He played for Empoli FC Youth Sector from the year 2015 through 2018.

He scored 16 league goals for Sassuolo over the course of four seasons with the club. In the year 2023, he was hospitalized after contracting malaria. He stands 6'0" tall. On January 17, 2024, Traorè returned to Italy and joined Serie A club Napoli on loan with a reported option to buy of €25 million.
