ABOUT HAMID HIRAAD
Iranian singer, songwriter, and composer known for his blend of traditional Persian music with contemporary pop elements and for his songs "Shookhie Mage", "Nimeye Janam", "Jazzab", and "Sadeh". He has gained more than 2.3 million Instagram followers.
He had a passion for music from a young age. He began learning instruments such as the tonbak, daf, setar, tar, santur, tambour, dotar, piano, and guitar starting at 6 years old. He released his debut single "Bitab" in 2016.
He began battling leukemia in 2018 but despite his diagnosis, he continued to pursue his musical career. He eventually made a full recovery.
He was born Hamid Hosseinzadeh. He was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. He is very close with his mother and has posted several photos with her on his Instagram account.
His music has been inspired by Homayoun Shajarian .
