ABOUT HANNAH LEE FOWLER

Nurse best known for having married Sam Hunt in April of 2017. She filed for divorce on February 18, 2022, citing adultery and inappropriate marital conduct in her paperwork. Two months later, she asked the court to dismiss the case.

She attended Evangel Christian School in Alabama. In 2007, she earned a nursing degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham .

She has devoted much of her time to humanitarian work. She traveled to Syrian refugee camps and also to Honduras during the 2009 coup. Sam Hunt's 2014 album Montevallo is named after her hometown. His hit song "Drinkin' Too Much" details the highs and lows of their relationship.

She was born to a pastor and his wife, who raised her in Montevello, Alabama. She is the eldest of seven children. In May 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter Lucy. In April 2023, Sam and Hannah announced they were expecting their second child together. They welcomed a son named Lowry together in 2023. In November 2024, they announced they were expecting their third child together.

Tish Cyrus was also married to a prominent country singer, whom she later divorced.
