Former soccer full-back, most known for his time spent in the German Bundesliga.

He started playing soccer when he was just five-years-old.

In 2010, he won the Africa Cup of Nations Silver Medal with Ghana.

He was born in Tema, Ghana.

He and fellow soccer player Federico Marcetti both represented their countries at the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
