Left-handed batsman who was known for his right-arm off break. He played for the Fiji first-class team from 1948 until 1954.
His first-class debut came during Fiji's New Zealand tour in 1948, when the team competed against Auckland.
He competed in nine first-class matches from 1948 until 1954 and 76 non first-class matches from 1948 until 1968, with his final match being against Northland.
He was born in Suva, Rewa Province, Fiji.
He and the legendary Donald Bradman were contemporaries.
