Estonian businessman and art collector in the 20th century who was part owner of the ACO Group, a Venezuelan auto company.

He was educated at the University of Tartu and the Tallinn University of Technology.

He was considered to be a Nazi war criminal by the Simon Wiesenthal Center, although he was cleared by Estonian authorities.

He had four children with his wife Masula D'Empaire.

He was born in the same country as architect Peep Janes .
