ABOUT HENDERSON FORSYTHE

Best remembered for playing Dr. David Stewart on "As the World Turns."

Prior to becoming an actor, he served as an Army captain during World War II.

In 1979, he was honored with a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor for his performance in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

He married Dorothea Maria Carlson in 1942; they had two children together.

He played Scott Bakula 's on-screen father on "Eisenhower and Lutz" in 1988.
