ABOUT HORACIO PAGANI
Automotive executive best known as the founder of the Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani Automobili S.p.A. The company's first car, the Zonda, took seven years to make. He had previously been employed by some of the world's biggest car brands, including Renault and Lamborghini.
He grew up in a rural town in Argentina and left at a young age because he felt that he could not pursue an engineering career there.
He designed and built his first F3 racer at age 20. The second car that Pagani Automobili Modena produced was called the Huayra.
He married a woman named Cristina.
