ABOUT HRISHIKESH KANITKAR

Left-handed batsman formerly of the Maharashtra team in Ranji Trophy, led the team to their first Ranji Trophy victory in the 2010-11 season.

He led the India A team in the West Indies before flying halfway around the world to represent India in a Test against Australia.

He scored the game-winning final four runs in the Silver Jubilee Independence Cup final against Pakistan.

His father is former Indian cricketer Hemant Kanitkar.

He is a famous left-handed Indian batsman like A.G.Milkha Singh .
