ABOUT HUGH COOK
Best known for his Chronicles of an Age of Darkness fantasy and science fiction series, he also wrote the Oceans of Light trilogy, the science fiction novel The Shift, and numerous short stories.
He published his debut work, Plague Summer, when he was in his mid-twenties.
He published many of his works on his "Zen Virus" website.
He grew up in England and on the Pacific island of Banaba. After studying in New Zealand, he settled in Japan with his wife and child.
He and Australian author Keith Taylor both wrote numerous works of fantasy and science fiction.
