ABOUT IDA SJOSTEDT

Swedish fashion designer who's known for eschewing traditional Swedish minimalism in favor of more embellished, feminine pieces. She's worked with brands including Monki, JC, IKEA and Coca-Cola and designed princess Sofia Hellqvist's bridal gown for her marriage with prince Carl Gustaf in June 2015.

She launched her brand in 2001.

She won Guldknappen's Reader's Choice Award for Best Swedish Designer two years in a row in 2011 and 2014

She's had a son and a daughter that she occasionally features on her Instagram.

Two designers she enjoys are Alexander McQueen and Marc Jacobs .
