Israeli mixed martial artist and global movement guru who has traveled worldwide teaching various types of movement to athletes. He also created The Movement Camp, which was a yearly event bringing teachers together. His teachings focus on using the purely the body without external weights.

He met Brazilian martial artist Capoeira at 15 and had an epiphany where he discovered his obsession with movement.

He has worked with several celebrities including Tony Robbins . His teachings have helped him accrue more than 650,000 followers on Instagram.

He was born and raised in Haifa, Israel. He started learning traditional martial arts from an early age.

He has been UFC fighter Conor McGregor's movement coach.
