After being born in Salt Lake City, UT, she grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho and Austin, Texas. She became a mother to her son Jonah when she was a teenager.

In 2022, she became a Master Esthetician. She has publicly discussed her battle with Lyme Disease, which she was diagnosed with in 2024.

She was born to parents Jarrod and Dara Larsen, and she has two younger adopted siblings named Savannah and Zane. She welcomed her son Jonah on October 13, 2018. In 2022, a mutual friend introduced her to Trey Nelsen, and they began dating. She went on to marry him in 2025 and they co-star together in much of her social media content.
