He played the role of Dean in the British miniseries Runaway. He appeared in six episodes of the show Married Single Other, as the character Joe. As a child, before landing his role in The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas , he performed in his local drama club.
He spent much of his professional life in England with his family and his younger brother.
