One of Detroit's first rockstars who is also known as one of the greatest Canadian rock 'n' roll singers of all time.
He formed his first band, the Southern Drifters, at age eighteen.
He was best known for the top five singles "My True Love," "Burning Bridges," and "What in the World's Come Over You."
He moved from Windsor, Ontario to the suburbs of Detroit with his family when he was ten years old.
He featured Carroll Baker on his 1992 single "Burning Bridges."
