Fullback for the NFL's Staten Island Stapletons who stood at 5'0", Guinness-certified as the smallest pro football player ever.
He was a walk-on fullback for New York University's football team, earning a scholarship after his second year.
In 1995, the NFL Alumni awarded him the Norm Van Brocklin Award for Outstanding Achievement, and four years later he received official recognition from Guinness Book of Records.
His father was against him playing sports because his older brothers broke bones trying it; so he forged his father's signature to play.
The 5'3" NBA star Muggsy Bogues was, like him, the shortest player in his league.
