ABOUT JAKE HANSEN

NFL linebacker and special teams player that was first signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He previously played college football at the University of Illinois . Following his 2020 season, he was named to the second team All-Big Ten.

He maintained a 4.3 GPA during his four years at East Lake High School. While there he played football and basketball and ran track.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the Indianapolis Colts during week one of the 2022 regular season. The game finished in a 20-20 tie.

Growing up, he lived with family in Tarpon Springs, Florida. He is the oldest of three siblings.

He played alongside Davis Mills as a member of the Texans during the 2022-23 NFL season.
