ABOUT JALEN BROOKS

NFL wideout that was taken as a seventh round pick in the 2023 Draft by the Dallas Cowboys . Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at the University of South Carolina , Tarleton State University and Wingate University. In 2019, he was given first team All-South Atlantic Conference honors.

He initially began his college football career at Wingate University in 2018. After two seasons, he then transferred to Tarleton State.

He caught his first NFL pass while playing against the New York Giants during week 10 of the 2023 regular season. He finished the game with four catches and 39 receiving yards.

Growing up, he lived with his parents in the state of North Carolina.

He was coached by Mike McCarthy during his rookie season.
