ABOUT JALEN ROYALS

Former All-Mountain West first teamer that played college football at Utah State University from 2022 until 2024. He also earned second team All-Mountain West honors. He was later drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs as a fourth rounder in 2025.

He was a three-sport athlete while at Hillgrove High School. He initially enrolled into the Georgia Military College as a freshman but he eventually transferred to Utah State the following year.

During his junior season, he caught 15 touchdowns which is a Utah State single season program record. He finished his collegiate football career with the third most receiving touchdowns in Utah State history.

He is a native of Powder Springs, Georgia.

He was coached by Andy Reid during his rookie season in the NFL.
