His coaching career began in 2005 as he took the position of player development coach for the Denver Nuggets . He was hired as head coach of Orlando Magic in 2021.
He has worked as an assistant coach for multiple teams throughout his career.
He has been married to his wife Kristinia since January of 2016. They have one child.
