ABOUT JAMES ABNER LOCKE

NFL safety and defensive back that was originally signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2019. After being waived by Pittsburgh, he was then signed by the Denver Broncos in December 2019.

Previously, he played college football at the University of Texas . During his senior season at Texas, he lost the 2018 Big 12 Championship Game against the University of Oklahoma . Coming out of high school, he was considered to be one of the top-ten cornerback recruits in the state of Texas.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Tennessee Titans during week one of the 2020 regular season. He collected two tackles in fifteen games played during his rookie season. He made his impact with the Broncos as a core special teams player early on in his career.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Beaumont, Texas.

He played alongside Bradley Chubb as a member of the Broncos during the 2021 NFL season.
