ABOUT JAMES EMPEY

Professional offensive lineman that was first signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2022. He was later signed by the Miami Dolphins in September 2022.

Prior to playing in the NFL, he attended Brigham Young University where he played from 2017 until 2021. During his final season at BYU, he and his team averaged exactly 452 yards of total offense per game.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the San Francisco 49ers during week 13 of the 2022 regular season. He and the Dolphins lost the game 33-17.

Growing up, he lived with parents and his three sisters. He is a native of American Fork, Utah.

He played alongside Jaylen Waddle as a member of the Dolphins during the 2022 NFL season.
