ABOUT JAMES REDFIELD
American author, screenwriter, and producer best known for his novel The Celestine Prophecy.
He attended Auburn University and majored in sociology while also studying Eastern philosophy. He also worked as a therapist before focusing on his writing.
He received the Medal of the Presidency of the Italian Senate in 1997 and was awarded Humanitarian of the Year from Auburn University.
He and his wife Salle founded the Global Prayer Project, a telewebcast for prayer and meditation.
Matthew Settle starred in the film adaptation of his novel The Celestine Prophecy.
