ABOUT JAMES STEINBERG
After serving as the Deputy Secretary of State 2009 to 2011, he became a Dean at Syracuse University.
He graduated from Yale Law School in 1978.
He worked at the RAND Corporation as a senior analyst.
He has two daughters with his wife, Sherburne B. Abbott.
He helped author President Barack Obama 's AIPAC address on the Middle East in 2008.
